SportDevices provides this Store to you on the basis of the following legal disclaimer. These legal disclaimer may be updated by SportDevices from time to time by posting the updated terms on the Store without prior notification to You. When You access the Store at any time in the future, such updated legal disclaimer then in force shall apply. You should check the legal disclaimer for updates each time you access the Store. SportDevices reserves the right to decline or cancel a registration or an account or purchase at any time.
2. Orders
The web shop of SportDevices is intended for sales to consumers only. If you are below the age of 16 you must gain parental approval before submitting any order through the web shop. A binding purchase agreement is concluded when your order have been confirmed by us (Order Confirmation). On rare occasions a certain product may run out of stock. If the missing item will not be replenished, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. SportDevices may propose an alternative product or if that is not possible or if such alternative product is rejected may have to cancel part of or the entire order. SportDevices reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud or similar activity, such as unauthorized use of another’s credit card, is suspected.

4. Price and payment method
The methods of payment which are available may vary. You will find the relevant price information and the available methods of payment for product(s) or services in the Store.
SportDevices reserves the right to amend or change prices at any time, if not specifically stated otherwise. The prices in the Store are for information only and may be changed by SportDevices without prior notice.
5. Delivery
We always aim at delivering your order as soon as possible. Normally orders of items in stock will be delivered within 2 business days from Order Confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and particularly during high season deliveries may take longer than normal. In case of a delay in delivery of more than fifteen (15) business days beyond the estimated delivery time above, you may cancel your order subject to written notice to us, in which case we will, as our entire liability for the delay, credit any payment made by you. If the order has already shipped, you must first return the item to us before such credit can be made. The freight cost will be specified in the order summary before you submit your order. You are asked to inspect delivered items upon delivery and report any deviations found as stated under Returns below. In case you fail to collect your products upon delivery, we reserve the right to debit you a charge to cover our cost for return freight and administration.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
We offer you a “no questions asked” 14-day right-of-withdrawal from your purchase, calculated from the date you received the goods. If you wish to make such a return please follow our return instructions . Items shall be returned hereunder properly wrapped and packed in their original packaging. As soon as we have received the returned items, and have been able to confirm that the requirements above are met, we will refund your payment. In case you find that an item delivered by us to you is defective you should contact us as soon as possible with a formal complaint, to get a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, a refund. The same applies in case you identify that a product has been damaged during transportation or you identify other deviations in the delivery, e.g. that the number of items or the product model delivered is not in line with your order. Returns hereunder shall be sent to the address specifically instructed by us. If we have included a return form in your delivery you should use such return form. In case of a return or exchange the risk (for loss or damage during delivery) is on the customer.
7. Complaints
SportDevices customer service will do its best to reply to any inquiries and process any complaints regarding the Store, services or product(s) as soon as possible. If a faulty product is delivered to You, You must notify SportDevices and describe the problem without delay after discovering the fault. Any complaints shall be addressed to: sales@sportdevices.com
